We started Switthai Group for businesses that share our passion for doing right by the customer. For many of us, great merchandising is not a cost center — it is an effective marketing tool, a competitive differentiator, and a cornerstone of the brand.
But in 2019, there were no suppliers available that made great merchandising accessible to everyone in the most efficient way. There were suppliers that offered standard merchandise at horrendous prices and made it far to difficult to build an on-going merchandising strategy.
We felt a strong pull to make something different, and we did.
Today Switthai Group is used by customer-centric organizations around the world, from small and big businesses to high-growth startups, non-profits and governments. We have been on this journey for just over a year now. The way we see it, doing right by customers will never go out of style, and we intend to be around for as long as people value that way of doing business.
